Plexamp Trial Period
Duration and Commencement: The trial period shall last for a minimum of five (5) consecutive days, commencing immediately upon the dispatch of the official Plex invitation email.
Billing and Usage: Trial days are calculated on a calendar basis and will elapse continuously regardless of actual platform usage or activity.
Eligibility and Restrictions: Trial periods are strictly limited to new users. If you have previously participated in a trial period for this service, you are ineligible for a new trial. In such instances, access will be denied, and no refunds will be issued for any associated payments.
Plexamp Subscription
Payment Terms: Full payment is required in advance before access to the subscription service is granted.
Late Payment and Termination: In the event of non-payment, access to the service will be automatically suspended or terminated seven (7) days following the payment due date.
Refund Policy: All subscription payments are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the service was utilised during the billing cycle.
Right of Refusal: We reserve the absolute right to refuse or revoke access to the service at our sole discretion without providing prior notice or reason. If access is refused by us under this clause, any unearned portion of the advance payment will be refunded.
Physical Items
Processing and Shipping: Orders will be processed and dispatched within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase confirmation via the shipping carrier selected at checkout.
Carrier Substitution: We reserve the right to substitute an alternative carrier of equivalent service quality if necessary to ensure successful order fulfilment.
Returns and Refunds: All sales of physical items are final. Returns will be reviewed strictly on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request unless a prior written agreement has been explicitly made by us.
